At RayuCare, we aim to provide seamless and reliable shipping services through our trusted courier partners. Below is our detailed shipping policy covering timelines, charges, returns, and more.

🚚 General Shipping Information

We currently ship across India (domestic shipping only) using reliable third-party courier services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or strikes.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Delivery Time: 3–15 business days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch

👉 Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

⏳ Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier-related issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide tracking updates.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • ₹100 shipping charge on orders below ₹500

  • FREE shipping on orders above ₹500

  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD)

👉 No hidden charges at checkout.

📍 Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.
Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

📮 P.O. Box / APO / FPO Addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Kindly provide a complete residential or business address.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

We ensure secure packaging, but in rare cases, damage may occur.

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Email us at support.rayucare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images of the product

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

👉 The replacement process may take up to 7–15 days depending on logistics.

🔁 Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing:

  • After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • It may take additional time for the refund to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

🔄 Exchanges

We only allow exchanges for damaged or defective products.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care & hygiene items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

RayuCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the courier.

If you face any issue:

  • Check with neighbors or your local courier office

  • Contact us for assistance, and we will try our best to help

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • RayuCare is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address

  • If the order is returned, reshipping will be done at customer’s expense
