Returns
Please note that cosmetic and personal care products once sold cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any products after delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for products that have been successfully shipped and received by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Product
Customers may cancel their orders only before the order reaches the “Quality Check” stage. Once the order has entered processing, cancellation terms will apply as mentioned below.
💳 Prepaid Orders
Before Quality Check:

A 3% deduction of the total order value (whichever is higher) will be applied towards payment processing charges

An additional 9% cancellation fee will be applicable
After Quality Check:

Cancellation requests may still be considered

However, logistics charges (forward + return shipping) and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers can cancel the order before it is processed and reaches the “Quality Check” stage

Cancellation after Quality Check or refusal of delivery will lead to:

Restriction or removal of future Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges
