Returns

Please note that cosmetic and personal care products once sold cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any products after delivery.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for products that have been successfully shipped and received by the customer.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been issued and you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to reflect)

  • Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds (if applicable).
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please email us at support.rayucare@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

⚠ IMPORTANT:
For an exchange request, you MUST provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Once your request is approved, you will be guided with further steps.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items (if required)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted
